Xerox 4127
This new machine is a networked black and white copier/printer that outputs 125 copies per minute and has an inline booklet maker. It is connected to a folder which can fold in half and thirds. It collates covers and inserts tabs, makes saddle stitched booklets, staples and punches 2 or 3 holes on a sheet. It stores documents in an external hard drive so you can save it and print when needed. It prints 2400 x 2400 DPI with no page skewing and awesome screens. It also has an imposer which can collate covers or inserts while a job is running. The 4127 model EXCEEDS screen, text and solid quality better than the Docutech line which was Xerox's best copier/printer on the market! This is used now for our shorter Carbonless Form runs as well as reports and manuals. We can program multiple jobs while the machine is running so there is no wasted time. Better to meet your crazy deadlines!
